Returns and Refunds policy
Pre-orders and Limited Runs
Due to the nature of our collectibles business, we do not accept cancellations or offer refunds on pre-orders, exclusive and special variants, or limited runs. These items are ordered and printed based on customer demand and short ordering windows or limited production quantities.
Returns for Damaged Goods
We understand that sometimes products may get damaged during shipping or may have defects that were not caught during our quality control process. In such cases, we will gladly accept returns and provide a replacement or a refund for the damaged items.
Return Process
To initiate a return for damaged goods, please contact us within 30 of receiving your order at absentmindedstu@gmail.com Please provide your order number, a description of the damage, and photographic evidence of the damaged items. We may require you to return the damaged items to us. If so, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the items and will cover the return shipping costs.
Replacement or Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will either send you a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference and the availability of the item. Please note that refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take a few days to process, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Non-Returnable Items
We reserve the right to refuse returns for certain items, such as swag and shirts opened or used products or items that are not in their original packaging. If you have any questions about whether an item is returnable, please contact us before placing your order.
Swag
Shirts, mugs, and other fun items have the same overall policy. For clothing, if something does not fit we will accept returns depending on the situation, such as if you received the wrong size, or unknowingly your size runs too small or big unexpectedly. Sometimes this occurs and the descriptions will say “runs small” or “runs large”. Keep that in mind.

Shipping Policy
Shipping Timeframes
At Absent Minded Studios, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. However, for items that are not currently in stock, shipping times may vary depending on various factors such as the speed of manufacturing at the printers, damages, reprints, or other unforeseen delays. By placing a pre-order for items not currently in stock, you agree to wait for up to 90-180 days for your order to be shipped. If for some reason 180 days passes, and too many issues have risen you may request to cancel your order at this time, unless otherwise stated in the description of the item you order, such as an item not releasing for many months, such as a hardcover book etc.

We understand the excitement and anticipation that comes with placing an order. That's why we will provide regular updates on the status of your order, including any delays that may affect the shipping timeframe. You can always check our blogs for these updates, we will try to be as transparent as possible and keep the line of communication up regarding these types of issues or delays. You can always contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your order.
Shipping Methods
Absent Minded Studios uses a variety of shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and in a timely manner. We will select the most appropriate carrier based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We primarily/typically use USPS for 1-8 comics. and UPS for larger orders. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The fees will be clearly displayed during the checkout process, and you will have the opportunity to review and approve the shipping fees before finalizing your order.
International Shipping
We are happy to ship our products worldwide. However, please note that international shipments may be subject to additional customs fees, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees. If your country is not supported on our checkout process, please contact us! we may be able to figure something out, or you may have to use a freight forwarding service.
